Declaration of consent for personal data processing in accordance with Art. 7 of Regulation 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL

I agree that my personal data, namely full name, address, and email address, may be processed by Gerardo Online Ltd. for the fulfillment of a contract for purchased goods or ordered services, as well as for sending informational and promotional messages about the products and services of Gerardo Online Ltd. I provide my consent for the period necessary for the fulfillment of the pre-contractual or contractual relationship between me and Gerardo Online Ltd., and thereafter for the shorter of: 1) the period stipulated for storing contractual documents according to the tax and accounting legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, or 2) a period of 5 years.

I have been informed that I can withdraw my consent at any time by declaring it at Exercise your rights!, and also that my request may not be satisfied if it contradicts the fulfillment of legal obligations of the administrator or public interest.
