Payment and Delivery

Order from the gerardo.bg online store, you can pay in one of the following ways:

• Cash on delivery
• By credit or debit card
• By bank transfer

We deliver your shipments through the services of Econt courier company nationwide.

• The delivery period is from 1 to 3 working days, calculated from the moment of order confirmation.
• Shipments are delivered during working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• Deliveries on Saturday are made until noon.
• Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
• Nationwide delivery is calculated and visible to the user during the order process.
• For orders over 99.99 EUR - FREE DELIVERY.
• Evelayn.com does not deliver outside the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The customer is obliged to familiarize themselves in advance with the terms and conditions of the respective courier regarding the delivery of goods. Evelayn.com is not responsible for the performance and modification of these terms by the respective courier.

Gerardo.bg delivers ordered goods using a third party – a courier.

Deliveries are carried out by Speedy courier company, and the price of the service is determined depending on the chosen delivery method and the weight of the ordered goods. The customer can choose delivery to a specific address or delivery to a chosen courier office. The customer is obliged to familiarize themselves in advance with the terms and conditions of the respective courier regarding the delivery of goods. Evelayn.com is not responsible for the performance and modification of these terms by the respective courier.

If delivery to the Customer's address is chosen, the goods are delivered to the address provided by them, and Evelayn.com is not responsible for insufficient goods in case the data provided by the Customer is incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

In the above cases, as well as in the absence of a person to receive the goods or if the goods are not collected from the courier's office (if such a delivery option has been chosen), the goods are returned to Evelayn.com within the deadlines and under the conditions determined by the respective courier, and all costs are at the Customer's expense.

If the product is in stock, it is delivered within 5 (five) working days. Weekends and holidays are not included in the specified delivery time.

In exceptional circumstances, Gerardo.bg reserves the right to set a longer period, for which it notifies the Customer.

If Gerardo.bg has not specified a delivery period, the delivery period for the goods is 30 calendar days, counting from the date following the placement of the order through the e-shop website.

If Gerardo.bg cannot fulfill the contract because it does not have the ordered goods, it is obliged to notify the Customer and refund the amounts paid by them within 30 calendar days from the date on which Gerardo.bg should have fulfilled its obligation under the contract.

Evelayn.com reserves the right to change the third party performing the delivery without prior notice to the Customer, as long as this does not change the delivery method and does not increase the price.

The Customer must inspect the goods at the time of receipt, and if they do not match the order or have defects, notify the Supplier immediately.

For cash on delivery, the Customer pays the courier upon delivery and receives a postal money order receipt from the courier. This receipt replaces the cash receipt in this case. (According to the relevant law, "for cash on delivery payments via postal money order," it is not mandatory to issue a fiscal cash receipt from a fiscal device. For the payment made by the customer, the courier company issues a Receipt for postal money order for the amount due. This receipt is a legally recognized document, exempting the merchant from the obligation to issue a cash receipt.") To account for the purchase, you must keep your invoice along with the receipt from the courier service.

Upon receiving the shipment, pay the cash on delivery amount and always check the integrity of the goods with the courier, especially if they are fragile!
