1.Delivery is carried out via a courier service.

2.Delivery is made to the customer's address or to a courier office.

Within 14 days of receiving the goods, the customer has the right to return or exchange them, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The goods must be in good commercial condition, with the packaging fully intact
(the goods must not be torn, scratched, worn, washed, ironed, or damaged
in any way).

There must be no damage caused by improper use.
The original packaging, consumables, and accessories must be preserved, if any were included.
The shipping costs for returning goods are borne by the
customer. (In case of an exchange, the customer pays 2 courier fees
for two-way transportation).
Deliveries are NOT made on Sundays and public holidays.
Refunds for purchased products are issued after
we accept the shipment and confirm its
integrity!!! The refund will be processed via bank transfer within 14
business days from the date of receipt of the returned shipment.
All products are sent with the "PREVIEW AND TEST" option.
If the goods have a manufacturing defect, they will be replaced FREE OF CHARGE by
us, only if this is established in the presence of the courier or at the courier's office.
IMPORTANT: If the customer has used the "FREE SHIPPING" service,
the shipping costs for the initial delivery are at their expense.
