Delivery

1.Delivery is carried out via courier service.

2.Delivery is made to the consumer's address or to a courier office.

3.Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

4.Deliveries include an option for inspection and testing of the shipment.

5.Delivery costs are covered by the User, except in cases of delivery of goods with a value over 99.99 euros. In this case, the delivery is covered by the Merchant.

Return

Within 14 days of receiving the goods, the customer has the right to return or exchange them, provided the following conditions are met:

1. Maintained good commercial appearance, completely preserved packaging
(the goods are not torn, scratched, worn, washed, ironed, or damaged
in any way).

There are no damages caused by improper use.
Original packaging, consumables, and accessories are preserved, if any were included.
Shipping costs for returning goods are borne by the
customer. (In case of goods exchange, the customer pays 2 courier fees
for two-way transport).
Deliveries are NOT made on Sundays and public holidays.
Refunds for a purchased product are made after
the shipment is accepted by us and we have verified its
integrity!!! The refund will be made by bank transfer within 14
business days from the date of receipt of the returned shipment.
All products are sent with the "PREVIEW AND TEST" option.
If the goods have a manufacturing defect, they will be replaced FREE OF CHARGE by
us, only if this is established in the presence of the courier or at the courier's office.
IMPORTANT: If the customer has used the "FREE DELIVERY" service,
the shipping costs for the initial delivery are at their expense.
