1.Delivery is made via courier service.

Within 14 days of receiving the goods, the customer has the right to return or exchange them, provided the following conditions are met:

1. Preserved good commercial appearance, completely preserved packaging
(the item is not torn, scratched, worn, washed, ironed, or damaged
in any way).

There are no damages caused by improper use.
Original packaging, consumables, and accessories are preserved, if any were included.
Shipping costs for returning goods are borne by the
customer. (In case of an exchange, the customer pays 2 courier fees
for transport in both directions).
Deliveries are NOT made on Sundays and public holidays.
Refunds for a purchased product are issued after
the shipment is accepted by us, and after we confirm its
integrity!!! The refund will be made by bank transfer within 14
working days from the date of receipt of the returned shipment.
All products are sent with a "VIEW AND TEST" option.
If the item has a factory defect, it will be replaced FREE OF CHARGE by
us, only if this is established in the presence of the courier or at the
