1.Delivery is carried out via courier service.

2.Delivery is made to the user's address or to the courier's office.

3.Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

4.Deliveries include an option to preview and test the shipment.

5.Delivery costs are covered by the User, except in cases of delivery of goods with a value over 99.99 euros. In this case, delivery is covered by the Merchant.

Within 14 days of receiving the goods, the customer has the right to return or exchange them, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The product must be in good commercial condition with its packaging fully preserved (the product must not be torn, scratched, worn, washed, ironed, or damaged in any way).

1. There must be no damage caused by improper use.
2. The original packaging, consumables, and accessories must be preserved, if any were included.
3. Shipping costs for returning goods are at the customer's expense. (In case of product exchange, the customer pays two courier fees for transport in both directions).
4. Deliveries are NOT made on Sundays and public holidays.
5. Refunds for a purchased product are issued after we receive the shipment and confirm its integrity!!! The refund is processed by bank transfer within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned shipment.
6. All products are sent with a "VIEW AND TEST" option.
7. If the product has a factory defect, it will be replaced FREE OF CHARGE by us, only if this is established in the presence of the courier or at the courier's office.
8. IMPORTANT: If the customer has used the "FREE SHIPPING" service, the shipping costs for the initial delivery are at their expense.
