Within 14 days of receiving the goods, the customer has the right to return or exchange them, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The product must be in good commercial condition, with packaging fully preserved
(the product must not be torn, scratched, worn, washed, ironed, or damaged
in any way).

There are no damages caused by improper use.
Original packaging, consumables, and accessories must be preserved, if included.
Shipping costs for returning goods are at the customer's expense. (In case of an exchange, the customer pays 2 courier fees
for two-way transport).
Deliveries are NOT made on Sundays and official holidays.
Refunds for purchased products are issued after
we receive the shipment and verify its
integrity!!! The refund will be made by bank transfer within 14
business days from the date of receipt of the returned shipment.
All products are sent with the “OPEN AND TEST” option.
If the product has a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced FREE OF CHARGE by
us, only if this is established in the presence of the courier or at the courier's office.
