1.Delivery is carried out via courier service.

Within 14 days of receiving the goods, the customer has the right to return or exchange them, provided the following conditions are met:

1. Maintained good commercial appearance, completely preserved packaging
(the item has not been torn, scratched, worn, washed, ironed, or damaged
in any way).

There are no damages caused by improper use.
Original packaging, consumables, and accessories preserved, if any were included.
Shipping costs for returning goods are borne by the
customer. (In case of an item exchange, the customer pays 2 courier fees
for two-way transportation).
Deliveries are NOT made on Sundays and public holidays.
Refunds for a purchased product are made after
the shipment is accepted by us, after we verify its
integrity!!! The refund will be made by bank transfer within 14
business days from the date of receipt of the returned shipment.
All products are sent with the “REVIEW AND TEST” option.
If the item has a factory defect, it will be replaced FREE OF CHARGE by
us, only if this is established in the presence of the courier or at the
courier's office.
